Shanda was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is 21 years old and is aspiring to be an author. This has been a dream since she started writing. This dream has always been in the back of her mind along with going into psychology for a career. Many of her dreams changed, but this one has always stuck. On top of writing, she is also aspiring to be an actor. It’s been something she’s wanted to do since highschool. She began writing back in 2017, when she was 13 years old. Her love for writing struck due to how many books she had read in her childhood. She began writing because of the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. She started off with small short stories and slowly progressed into bigger stories. She also started off with first person writing, but got better with her writing and switched into third person writing, which she is more comfortable with.
